Kate Wood

Kate lives in Canton and has been teaching Pilates for a little over two years. Her love of movement and helping people feel good in their bodies led her to wanting to open Pink Flamingo Pilates.

In addition to Pilates, Kate loves cats, pink, sparkly leggings, spending time with friends, and walking around the neighborhood. If you see her, say hi!
